OUR STRATEGY :

Our strategy is a reflection of God’s divine direction. As the scripture says in Prov. 3:6, “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct thy path”. What we are doing is to continuously trust the Lord to grant us the grace daily to pray and seek his face for direction(s) as we accurately fulfill the vision He has entrusted to us. These directions formulate the following strategies:

  1. Evangelizing the lost and reaching the unreached: Through door-to-door evangelism: Evangelism team members and the entire congregation are encouraged on a regular basis to reach out to lost souls. Weekly outreach activities are scheduled for this purpose.
  2. Crusades in unreached Towns and Villages: Crusades are held periodically in unreached towns and villages, and missionaries are sent to these areas to plant churches.
  3. Training the Believers: Believers are trained and prepared for the work of the ministry through weekly discipleship classes which include membership classes, cell group ministry, seminars, etc. The believer(s) and convert(s) in each community are organized in “cell groups” called the Covenant Family Meeting. The goal is to bring the believer in the community together for prayer, Bible study, fellowship and outreach.
  4. Training is also done for the unlearned or illiterate through the adult literacy program that helps people read their Bible for personal growth in God’s word.
  5. Outdoor Film Shows: Outdoor film shows are shown in unreached towns, villages and surrounding communities presenting the simplicity and power of the gospel of Jesus Christ; His death, burial and resurrection.
  6. Tracts: Tracts are distributed during outreaches in market places, the communities, etc. This creates the opportunity to have a one-on-one contact with people, and have them invited to weekly fellowship.
  7. Training Missionaries: A very important aspect of our strategy is the training of missionaries. As we pray and God prepares the hearts of people for the mission field, they are trained in practical missions basics and specifics of the vision of the church (ministry).

We also sent trained missionaries to areas where churches are planted. These sent-missionaries are also encouraged to train labourers to get actively involve with the work.
